AI assistant
Importing old tickets
Teach the assistant from tickets you solved before Tikkora.
Why import#
The assistant learns from solved tickets. If your team answered hundreds of tickets with another bot before switching, importing them gives it a head start: they become learned solutions and count toward each category’s activation floor. Imported tickets don’t show up as tickets; they only teach the assistant.
Supported formats#
- Tikkora’s own .txt transcripts.
- JSON exports from Discord Chat Exporter.
- Anything else, converted by an AI assistant into Tikkora’s import format (below).
How to import#
- 1
Open the Data page
In the dashboard, open your server and go to Data (Management only). In Discord:
/config area: AI assistant→ Import transcripts. - 2
Pick your files
Drop in up to 10 files.
- 3
Choose review or auto-approve
Let staff review each solution (recommended) posts every useful solution in the staff channel for approval. Approve all automatically skips that; only use it for transcripts you trust.
- 4
Watch the progress
Tickets are processed in the background, a few seconds apart.
The AI assistant must be available on the bot for imports to work.
Converting other formats with AI#
Exported from another ticket bot as HTML, a spreadsheet or a database dump? Copy this prompt into Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, attach your export, and it converts the tickets for you.
Not in this format?
Let an AI assistant convert your old tickets. Copy the prompt, paste it into Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, and attach your export.
The prompt points the AI at our conversion guide, which has the full format and tells it to drop bot noise, work out who is staff, remove personal and payment details, and keep each file under 2 MB. The prompt on your server's Data page also includes your category keys, so tickets get sorted too.
What happens next#
- Tickets without a staff answer, or with nothing reusable, are skipped.
- Tickets without a category are sorted by the classifier.
- Each useful ticket is summarised with personal details removed, then either waits for approval in the staff channel or is saved straight away.
