Plans & billing
What each plan includes, AI usage, caps and managing your plan.
Tickets are free on every server. A plan turns on the AI assistant and includes AI usage every month. Plans belong to the person who pays, and they choose which of their servers are covered.
Plans#
| Plan | Price | Servers | AI usage included |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | Any | None: tickets only |
| Pro | $10/month or $100/year | 1 | $10 every month |
| Business | $50/month or $500/year | Up to 5 | $50 every month, shared |
| Enterprise | Custom | As many as you need | Custom |
Yearly plans cost the same as 10 months. Prices are in US dollars; tax is added where it applies. Pick a plan on the billing page or from the pricing section on the home page. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Included AI usage#
Every AI request (sorting a ticket, writing a reply, checking it, searching your knowledge) has a small cost. Your plan includes usage worth its monthly price: $10 on Pro, $50 on Business, shared across all its servers. It resets every month, also on yearly plans.

Extra usage and caps#
Usage above what's included isn't cut off: it's added to your next monthly invoice. Business has a lower rate on extra usage than Pro. If you'd rather have a hard limit, set a monthly cap per server in Settings → AI assistant. When it is reached, new tickets go straight to your team until next month.
Choosing servers#
You can cover any server where you have Management. Add and remove servers on the billing page at any time; usage already recorded stays with the plan it happened under. A server can only be covered by one plan.
Sharing a plan#
On Business and Enterprise, the owner can add people under People on the billing page: search the members of your covered servers, or paste a Discord user ID. They see the plan on their own billing page and can add or remove its servers (where they have Management). Payment, plan changes and the people list stay with the owner. Anyone added can leave the plan at any time.
Changing or cancelling#
- Change plan or switch to yearly on the billing page. It applies straight away: you're charged or credited the difference for the rest of the period.
- Payment & invoices opens Stripe's customer portal to update your card, download invoices or cancel. A cancelled plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
- If a payment fails, Stripe retries for a while and the AI keeps running. Update your card to avoid it stopping.
Without a plan#
Everything except the AI keeps working: the panel, tickets, staff notes, transcripts, ratings, the dashboard and the audit log. Tickets simply go to your team. Your knowledge sources, learned solutions and settings are kept, so the assistant picks up where it left off when you add a plan again. See How the AI works for what it does.
