AI & knowledge#

The source commands need the AI assistant to be available on the bot.

Accounts#

Used by integrations whose tools are bound to the ticket owner.

/link me nameEveryoneLinks your Minecraft name (3–16 characters). Staff can verify it.
/link set member nameStaffSets and verifies a member’s Minecraft name.
/link showEveryoneShows your linked account.

Why can’t my Management role see /setup?

Discord hides the admin commands from members without Manage Server. Allow your Management role in Server Settings → Integrations → Tikkora. The bot checks the tier itself either way. See Team roles.
