Using the dashboard

Overview, tickets, costs, data export, audit log and settings.

Signing in#

Sign in with Discord from the home page. You’ll see every server where Tikkora is installed and you have a support tier (or Manage Server). Your tier is checked against your current Discord roles on every request, so a role change takes effect right away.

Overview#

  • Whether setup is finished, where tickets live, and whether the AI is on.
  • Open and closed ticket counts and the average rating.
  • For each category: its AI access, info gathering mode, current AI mode (not used, learning, review or auto) and number of approved solutions.
  • Your integrations and whether they are reachable.
  • For Management: this month’s AI spend against your budget.

Tickets#

Filter by open or closed, by category, or search. Each row shows the player, who claimed it, urgency, the info gathering status and the rating. Open a ticket to read the full conversation, with staff notes and AI messages marked, attachments, edits and deleted messages, and the AI cost of that ticket.

Costs#

AI spending for the last 7, 30 or 90 days or all time: totals, what it was spent on (decisions, writing and search), average per ticket and the most expensive tickets. The same report is in Discord with /costs.

Data: import & export#

Import old tickets so the assistant can learn from them. See Importing old tickets.

Export every ticket of your server with its full conversation, including staff notes. You get a zip with tickets.json (everything, machine-readable) and a readable transcript per ticket. It is sent to you as a Discord DM.

Large servers get several parts

Discord uploads are limited to 10 MB, so big exports are split into several zip files, each a little under that. Only one export per server runs at a time. Make sure your DMs from server members are open.

Audit log#

Every dashboard request is recorded: who, what action, on what, whether it worked, and when. Setup changes and imports made in Discord are logged too. Filter by person or by changes only. See Security & privacy.

Settings#

The same settings as /setup and /config, checked with the same rules, so the web can never save something Discord would refuse. Sections:
