How the AI works

How the assistant learns from your server and finds answers by meaning.

The assistant starts out knowing nothing about your server. It builds its own knowledge from your rules, guides and solved tickets, and answers by finding what is closest in meaning to the question.

It learns your server#

Every closed ticket becomes a short note on the problem and how your team solved it, with personal details removed. Once staff approve it, the assistant can use it. Add your docs, FAQ channels and old tickets, and it gets better with every ticket your team handles.

It doesn't retrain an AI model. It builds a knowledge base you can see and edit, so an approved answer works straight away and a removed source is gone straight away.

It understands meaning#

Each piece of knowledge is turned into a point in a space of meaning, with over a thousand dimensions instead of the three above. Texts that mean the same thing land close together, even with no words in common. “I never got my VIP” sits right next to “Ranks are applied within 10 minutes of purchase”.

A question becomes a point too, and the closest points are the answer. Your official rules and store terms outrank old tickets, and exact names like commands still match by keyword. Try it with /sources test in Discord.

It checks itself#

Replies are written only from what it found, with the sources listed. A second check makes sure they hold up, and if the knowledge isn't there, the ticket goes to your team instead of getting a guess.

It earns your trust#

It starts by practising: staff see its drafts, but players don't. Then it drafts real replies for staff to approve. Only in categories you allow, and only after enough approved answers, may it reply on its own. Players can ask for a human at any time. The numbers are in AI assistant.

Your data stays yours#

• Each server has its own knowledge. Nothing is shared between servers.
• Tikkora doesn't train AI models on your data.
• The assistant never bans, refunds or decides. People do.
