Terms of Service

Last updated 4 October 2026

Plain-language terms for using Tikkora. By adding the bot to a server, signing in to the website or buying a plan, you agree to them.

About these terms#

Tikkora (“Tikkora”, “we”, “us”) is a Discord support bot and the website at tikkora.net, operated from Sweden. These terms apply to everyone who uses it: server owners and their staff (“you”), and players who open tickets. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

The service#

Tikkora lets Discord communities run support tickets: a panel, private threads or channels, staff notes, transcripts and ratings, a web dashboard, and an optional AI assistant that learns from your own documents and solved tickets. The ticket features are free. The AI assistant needs a paid plan, described on the pricing page.

Accounts and servers#

  • You sign in with Discord, and you must follow Discord’s Terms of Service and meet its age requirements.
  • Whoever adds Tikkora to a server, and that server’s Management team, decide how it is used there. You are responsible for your server’s settings, your staff’s actions and for telling your community that tickets are handled by Tikkora (including the AI assistant, if you turn it on).
  • Access in the bot and on the website follows the roles you set in Discord. Keep them up to date: anyone with a Management role can change your settings and plan coverage.

Your content#

Tickets, messages, notes, settings and the documents you add as knowledge (“your content”) stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and display your content only as needed to run Tikkora for you: for example, to show tickets to your staff, write transcripts, and let the AI assistant search your knowledge. We don’t use one server’s content to answer tickets in another server, and we don’t sell it. You confirm you have the right to add the content you upload or link, such as your server’s rules and guides.

The AI assistant#

  • The assistant writes replies with AI models from external providers. AI can be wrong. It is designed to start by drafting for staff approval, and to answer on its own only in categories you allow, but you remain responsible for what it says in your server.
  • It never bans, refunds or makes decisions about players. Actions through integrations that change something always need a person to approve them.
  • Don’t rely on it for legal, medical, financial or safety-critical advice, and don’t use it to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people without human review.

Acceptable use#

Don’t use Tikkora to:

  • break the law, Discord’s rules, or other people’s rights;
  • harass, threaten, spam or collect people’s data without a legal basis;
  • interfere with the service: overloading it, getting around limits or access controls, probing for vulnerabilities without permission, or scraping it;
  • copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, except where the law allows it.

Plans and payment#

  • Paid plans (Pro and Business, monthly or yearly) are subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. Each plan covers a number of servers and includes an amount of AI usage per month, which resets monthly, also on yearly plans.
  • AI usage beyond what a plan includes is charged at the end of each monthly usage period, at the rates shown in your dashboard. Management can set a monthly cap per server that stops the AI instead of charging more.
  • Prices are listed in US dollars and exclude tax. Payments are processed by Link, Stripe’s checkout service, which sells the subscription as reseller and merchant of record. Link’s terms apply to the payment, applicable tax is added at checkout, the price may be shown in your local currency, and your statement may show “LINK.COM* TIKKORA”.
  • If a payment fails, Stripe retries it for a while and the plan keeps working during that time. If it stays unpaid, the plan ends and the AI assistant stops on its servers.
  • Enterprise plans are agreed individually; anything in a written Enterprise agreement takes precedence over these terms.

Cancelling and refunds#

  • You can cancel any time from the billing page or the payment portal. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and won’t renew.
  • Your plan starts immediately when you buy it. If you’re a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract; by completing your purchase you ask for the service to start right away and acknowledge that you lose that right once it has been fully provided. If you withdraw before that, you may have to pay for what you used.
  • Otherwise, we don’t refund periods that have started or AI usage already charged, except where the law requires it or where we made a billing mistake. Link may also refund a purchase under its own policies.
  • Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law.

Price and plan changes#

We may change prices, included usage, rates or plan features. For an existing subscription, a price increase applies from your next renewal, and we’ll tell you at least 30 days before it does, so you can cancel first. Changes in your favour can apply right away.

Availability#

We work to keep Tikkora running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. It depends on Discord and other services we don’t control. We may change, add or remove features; if we remove a paid feature you rely on, you can cancel and we’ll refund the unused part of a prepaid period.

Suspension and termination#

You can stop using Tikkora at any time by removing the bot from your server and cancelling any plan. We may suspend or end access for anyone who seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or where we must by law. Where it’s reasonable, we’ll warn you first and give you a chance to export your data. If we end a paid plan for reasons that aren’t your fault, we’ll refund the unused part.

Disclaimers and liability#

  • Tikkora is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties that it will meet your needs or that AI answers will be accurate.
  • To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or community members), and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
  • These limits don’t apply to liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, and they don’t affect consumers’ statutory rights.

Governing law#

These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there. We’ll always try to solve problems informally first: talk to us in the community server.

Changes to these terms#

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For significant changes, we’ll give notice on the website or in the community server before they apply; if you keep using Tikkora after that, the new terms apply.
