How AI usage works

The AI costs a little per request, so plans include a monthly amount and you only pay more if a month is unusually busy.

Included every month

Pro includes $10 and Business $50 of AI usage each month, shared across the plan’s servers. It resets monthly, also on yearly plans.

Counted per request

Sorting a ticket, writing a reply, checking it and searching your knowledge each use a little. The dashboard and /costs show exactly what, per ticket.

Extra is billed after

If a busy month goes past what’s included, the extra is added to your next invoice. Nothing stops mid-ticket.

Or set a cap

Prefer a hard limit? Set a monthly cap per server. When it’s reached, new tickets go straight to your team until next month.

Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Every server gets the full ticket system for free, with no card and no time limit. Only the AI assistant needs a plan.
Do yearly plans include more AI usage?
No: yearly plans include the same monthly AI usage, resetting every month. You save two months of the plan price by paying yearly.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Any time, from the billing page. Switching applies straight away and you’re charged or credited the difference. A cancelled plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
Can my team manage the plan with me?
On Business and Enterprise, you can add people who may add and remove servers on your plan. Payment and plan changes stay with you.
What about tax?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Payments are handled by Stripe, which adds VAT or sales tax where it applies and sends your invoices.
What happens if a payment fails?
Stripe retries for a while and the AI keeps running in the meantime. Update your card from the billing page to keep it that way.
What is Enterprise?
A custom plan for networks and large communities: your own price, number of servers and AI usage, paid through a secure Stripe link. Contact us on Discord to set one up.
